Preventive Maintenance
Due to a laptop’s size constraint, heat is its greatest enemy. Our hardware maintenance service will clean laptop internally, especially the fan and heat sink, and reapply CPU paste. We recommend doing this every year, however you can get away with two years.
Damage Repairs
If your laptop is not a Toughbook®, it is more than likely to have suffered from breakage at some stages. This will affect parts including LCD, keyboard, case covers, connection ports or power socket. We can fix this type of fault dependent to the availability of parts.
Software Fault
An issue can be discovered when your laptop is running slowly or having other intermittent problems, which are caused by software on the hard drive or the motherboard. It could be caused by a virus, too much bloatware, a faulty or full hard drive, or a corrupted BIOS chip.
